If it is so difficult for them to work there, then let them look for another job, and it is not necessary to break their nerves with clients. I will not go there anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone either. Let them joke about names and parcels somewhere else.

Modern, clean, very different from the old antediluvian departments, everything is new, quickly served, the staff is young, of course there are delays, but in principle it is a very pleasant department.
