I highly do not recommend this company, because they do not want to return money for an event that did not take place! February 24, 2020 paid the full payment for participation in the congress of medical specialists on May 21-23, respectively, because of the pandemic, this event was postponed. The manager was offered online participation or new dates. But these options did not fit, we wanted to take the money. It was written to the manager Natalia about the cancellation, to which they replied that they were not going to return the full cost and would return it with a deduction of 20%, and only after the quarantine was over within 90 days. When paying for this seminar on their one-page website, the cancellation and refund conditions are not written! When paying, an agreement with the conditions was not sent, only a receipt was sent, and even verbally no one warned about the terms of the return !!! I tried to reach the administrator within 3 days, fed with promises that they themselves would pick me up and so no one dialed. Even at the appointed time he called, they just did not pick up the phone. I wanted to discuss the situation normally and without scandals and to understand on what basis money is being held, and why it takes so long to wait for a return. The head of the customer service department, Natalya Muzyka, is not authorized to resolve such issues; she cannot give an administrator number or call him to the phone either. Without explaining the reason, he constantly refers to the site and says that there is all the information. But again, she is not there! The company doesn’t give a damn about its customers, no one can even discuss the situation and how this form of money back is supported.

Attended the Zebrash event. I liked everything, the organization is excellent.

I went to an event organized by Estet. I went to the conference for one important speaker. I paid the money. But one of the speakers expected by me did not speak. And no one informed the reason.

My wife went to laser hair removal, gave a certificate to this laser esthetic center - I didn’t like it!
