The pharmacy is declared as round-the-clock. At 4:30 it was impossible to call the seller, neither through the call button, nor by knocking on the door, nor by shouting, the window was open, and no one answered even "now" or "wait" ... nothing. However, when the mobile phone rang, my grandmother appeared from under the counter. That is, I spent at least 10 minutes standing at the door waiting for the seller, and she in the meantime just ignored me. The logic is unclear. Release of the goods, search, scanning ... - I do not want to offend the elderly person, but it is obviously work for younger, faster, more active. At night, people buy medicine mostly urgently and quickly. This is not about your pharmacy. And in terms of prices, I agree, inadequate. For example, masks are now 3-5 UAH everywhere, you have 8 UAH! I do not recommend this pharmacy.

horror. 1) do not work around the clock, although the sign and the site say the opposite. Why do this? 2) what is an online order the seller did not know. Sent to the pharmacy opposite, to competitors, which is symbolic. 3) we don’t know how to use a computer, the log-in took 30 minutes for two people. The reason is the erased letters on the keyboard :-) 4) to withdraw from the reserve an Internet order and sell at a higher cost - it did not work, we do not know how. 5) payment by card is not considered, run to the ATM, bring cash. 6) the phone number indicated on the site as “administration” - rings in the same pharmacy, in which there is no one except the seller. 7) in an hour (it became interesting how it will end) there was not a single buyer besides me, probably the locals are already aware of the state of affairs. There are no complaints against the seller, grandmother (they didn’t tell, they didn’t teach), the owner is to blame, but this is even worse, since this cannot be fixed.

A network of pharmacies, and there is NO TONOMETER !!! The asking price is UAH 500-1000.

Good pharmacy. I bought drugs at half past six in the morning - everything is fine It works, the pharmacist is polite, the prices are also nice.
