Cool fitness club not far from the house, the room is comfortable, there is all the equipment. Special thanks to the trainers for their support and motivation) Among the services are personal training and group training, the presence of a massage room. By the types of group workouts, I attended fitness mix, strength, step aerobics, my favorite Sky jumping, Pilates. Detailed information on prices and schedules is on the website and very easy to find

An excellent club, I have been going here for a year already for individual training under the intensive program. Very pleased with such moments: personal approach, attention to the technique of performing exercises, tips on adjusting the diet and checking their performance (you don’t especially eat bad tastes when you need to take a picture of what you eat 🙂 to the trainer). As a result, the result of classes makes me happy

Very cool fitness club, I advise everyone! The coaches are all highly qualified, they are well charged with motivation and sooo productive trainings are carried out))) and after the workout you feel not squeezed, exhausted with a lemon, but a trimmed peach)) I definitely recommend to visit, you will not regret!
