Actually, the trainer looks only at himself, but you haven’t come up with a lesson for the lesson; you don’t know the technique of performing the most common exercises, in general, the promised individual approach has not been fulfilled. But it’s a pity, the golden mountains were promised on Instagram. I won’t go for any money

Worst studio I've ever met. Completely absent customer focus and service. A year ago, just at the reception Khamila grandmother (which is why I stopped going to the studio), but now, after the opening of the new hall, just - either ignore or forget that promise. A couple of months ago, promised that for me is the first lesson in the new studio for free, when buying a ticket - when tried to enter the name, then no, we changed our minds. You're in a different studio already we have had. (Question - why did my hopes up?) The schedule is out of date. Hang hobby to 21:00 as a regular. But actually it is not. When asked why then write it in the schedule - the answer: "We have updated the schedule due to other reasons." For some others - not specified. They promised to call back when classes resume after quarantine - of course, they did not call back. He also customers do not need. Strange position in 2Lstudio: "Do you want to be a customer - run for us." I hope that you will correct its attitude to customers at more than friendly.

Coach super. The atmosphere is pleasant. Persanal is friendly. It is a pity there is no bottle with drinking water, water for sale in bottles (10 UAH). For me it is not clear.
