The first time I came to the gym and looked at the stand with the coaches, the choice fell on Anatoly, the senior coach, and for 4 months of training with him I have never regretted! He is a specialist in his field, he is always there and observes the correctness of the exercises, he will always prompt and help! Will also tell you about nutrition when such arose!
