THE USSR! Feel like in the past) Prices are minimal. A cheerful hairdresser will surely cheer you up. They know how to cut, and the rest of the impressions will be smoothed out when you get up from the chair. Average prices and average quality. A lot of idle idle chatter. For two and a half hours spent there, I was very tired. I didn't like the work done. The hair was on the combs, and the cape looked dirty. From disinfection - a couple of zips from a spray bottle.
