We got to the diagnostic department to diagnose the disease. We had a separate ward. On the floor, as far as I could see, there were no common ones.
The room is in good repair, with new windows and a radiator, all the furniture is brand new and clean. The mattresses are orthopedic and without stains. On each mattress there is a brand new mattress cover - not an oilcloth. The bedding was to my surprise very lovely and cute.
It was sometimes even hot - we had to ventilate the room for a couple of minutes.
The room had a cot and 2 single beds. Also 2 tables, 2 chairs, built-in wardrobe, changing table and refrigerator. The only problem is one socket. Or turn on the refrigerator - or charge the phone. The extension cord saved me. But I have been taught - I always take a tee and an extension cord with me to charge all the gadgets.
Another disadvantage is the lack of a pot. As soon as we were in the hospital, I asked about the pot, but they told me that it was somewhere, but we had to look. I had to urgently bring my own from home.
There was also a sink with a mirror and a shower tray in the ward (you can wash your child, or wash your feet). It would not have been possible to swim there myself, since the ward was not closed, and the doctor or nurse could come in at any time. Well, the water was lukewarm in the sink. I didn't even check this shower.
When entering the procedures, it was possible to turn on quartz and process the ward.
The toilet was on our floor and the shower room was on the first (we were on the second). The toilet was washed constantly - the smell of bleach did not go away. But, to be honest, one toilet for all is not very convenient. It is good that there were almost no patients. And the toilet requires repair, what can I say.
The dining room was on the first floor - there was a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven and brand new tables and chairs. But I only took food there and went up to the room - we did not sit at the tables.
On the second floor there are 2 manipulation rooms and an inhalation room.
All the staff shifts were great! Very kind and caring people! As soon as the children did not cry and resisted, they were examined and never raised their voices. They talked, comforted, praised - I was delighted. We often went into the ward to ask about the state of health, temperature, asked if we forgot to take medications, reminded us about inhalations. The nurses cleaned 2 times a day - they washed the floor and the windowsill.
Every morning there was a doctor's examination.
The disease was diagnosed quickly. On the morning of 5.01, we took all the tests from the children, including blood from a vein for everything that was possible. The results were in a couple of hours. The doctor came, showed everything and told in detail. They did a PCR test for the children, but I didn’t the results were already in a day.
For food, of course, there was a blockage. But they feed like that everywhere, so the hospital has nothing to do with it. The soups were delicious, by the way. The children also ate cheese cakes and cutlets. If the porridge were with gravy, or butter, it would be generally super
We arrived late on 4.01, so there was no breakfast at 5.01 yet. But they gave me a cup of tea and a piece of bread. Before lunch, they got along with straws and apples, which I grabbed from home. Parents are not given food - only children are fed.
5.01:
Breakfast: was not
Lunch: soup with pasta, buckwheat, cutlet, bread, dried fruit compote.
Dinner: pearl barley porridge, bread, tea
6.01:
Breakfast: cheesecake (cheesecake casserole), tea, bread
Lunch: vegetable soup, wheat porridge, steam cutlet, bread, dried fruit compote.
We liked it very much in the fall, we decided to go here today too.
The hospital service is good, with no claims, although it feels like the institution is on a budget. Has been in the First Pediatric Ward for about 12 days with a diagnosis of pneumonia. Immediately surprised that they gave away all the medicine for free, there is a three-day feeding. Performed procedures (inhalation, drainage massage, electrophoresis). Many thanks to Nurses Lyudmila Serhiivna Kantur, Olga Grygorivna Koval, Dinarets Kateryna Olehivna, Doctor of Anastasia Igorevna Svirin, food dispensers, junior nurses, and others. The department employs real professionals. I had to spend almost all winter holidays here, but I do not regret how strange it may sound. Unfortunately there are some problems with patient nutrition, I see the fault of the provider. All in all fine. I wish all the best to all the employees, and especially to the aforementioned ones!
Lying with a child in this hospital for more than 10 days. Very clean and comfortable rooms, cleaned 2-3 times. Cleanliness is monitored.
Special thanks to doctors and nurses for looking for an approach to everyone and paying time and attention. During these days, no one said or even hinted that they would buy medicine or give something to someone. The department provided with medicines for children, which is very pleasing.
Many thanks to Julia Ivanovna the doctor - who treated us. Specialist and very nice woman.
I wanted all hospitals to take an example!
The only minus of the hospital is food, it is simply impossible to eat here. As we were told, the hospital did not win the tender. On the wall hangs a menu for a week (where it says that the kitten, mashed potatoes, cocoa, bread) but in fact the mashed potatoes and that’s all. This is certainly sad for the mothers who stayed with the child themselves.
Well, to be honest, more positive here.
We were pleasantly surprised by the medical staff !! (Thank you), the attitude to each patient, the availability of free drugs (injections, syrups, etc.).
When I tried to thank the nurse for injecting me with pressure, she sincerely seemed to dismiss me and ran away.
We were assigned all the necessary tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, necessary procedures, inhalations, massages.
I did not see displeased and grumbling nurses or nurses. The rooms are clean, good mattresses with mattress covers, beds, bedside tables, all are white, clean. A good shower room, large with a bidet!. In the dining room, fridge, microwave, kettle, please, anytime . Fed 3 times a day, decent enough for the hospital, with casseroles, boiled eggs, meat, meatballs, fish.
And now about the cons, they are not many, but important, this is one sedentary toilet for everyone !!, and we brought home scabies with my daughter !!
