Honestly, 3 years of all these pains and discomforts, visits to various specialists from neurologists to therapists did not inspire confidence in going to Stamina. I am currently undergoing rehabilitation at Stamina Center after Achilles tendon surgery. I am very pleased with the result, the doctor and the center as a whole. I go through classes online, I come only for correction. In a short time, it became much easier for me to walk, there was almost no pain in my leg and my gait was restored. Also, I have a small child and due to motion sickness in my arms, my back began to hurt a lot. Fitball did not help, but seemed to aggravate the situation. In my situation, when the orthopedist offered me only a surgical intervention (arthrodesis - ankle joint closure), the staff of the center literally put me on my feet, that is, on my leg🤗.
