Kateryna Tulskaya (11/18/2019)
Infectious ward of the hospital №4. Unfortunately, the nearest and only branch in the Goloseevsky and Solomensky area. I contacted myself on the recommendation of a therapist and blood tests with acute intestinal infection. In the reception department of the place is for one two people and a rather long history is being collected, so if you come by yourself, then be prepared to wait outside in any weather. Without a doctor’s direction, they will be studied for a long time or you are their patient and, in principle, may not be issued. They took Bakposev upon admission, but the procedure was already carried out by a wishing woman, so the action was not pleasant. As a result, no result was shown. There are different rooms, for severe patients there are separate boxes with minimal repair, amenities, with a bathroom directly in the room (and some with a TV, microwave, kettle and refrigerator) with the necessary number of sockets and more or less adequate beds. Since in my case (according to their criteria) there was not an acute case, the chamber got the oldest one, with one outlet (extension cord requested from the house), 4 beds and a nightstand, and right next to the door and washstand, which is difficult to get through. On the walls are some kind of blots throughout the chamber. One bed goes right under the washbasin. The toilet and bath are on the floor, that is, whatever one may do, you will have to leave the room and contact other patients in the corridor too. The toilet is located so that you can only approach it from the side (see photo). On the windows of the grill. Inside the nightstand were found 4 cockroaches, neatly basking on the wall near the battery. The floor is old and there were leftovers in the seams between the linoleum, which were removed only after my complaint to the doctor. Cleaning was carried out 2 times a day, and looked like just spreading the rags on the floor. For all the time, no one has a quartz room, so I did it myself. The beds are old with springs and old humpback mattresses. On the stairwell, the washed laundry is safely dried, which is then given out to patients (after ironing). Although the department is closed, it looks like a courtyard, people in outerwear come in to transmit the transmissions, the patients themselves go home on receipt. Every day, nurses told different information on taking medications and put droppers on their own (either you wait 1 hour, then they set such a speed that 500 ml will pour in 20 minutes). At the weekend, the doctors on duty, who really can’t tell you about the diagnosis, purpose, timing, etc. There are more questions than answers. On Sunday evening they brought a container for analysis (see photo). To say that indignation knew no bounds was to say nothing. They could just warn that relatives would buy and give with things (since I managed to do so). Those who were unlucky were forced to return to that container, and those who did not have time (it was necessary to put all this stuff in the corridor by 7 a.m.) then put in the corridor the uncovered container that stood there until the next morning! At the same time, all the staff did not even add these charms with a package so that bacteria would not spread through the air. At the same time, everyone in the same corridor was delivering food in dishes without lids! So judge yourself to eat or not. If you don’t have drinking water with you, then you can take it from a bucket at a nursing station and fill it with a plastic bucket (see photo). Ordinary tap water is simply boiled. When going around the doctors, going to patients of varying complexity and without a diagnosis I knew of and without masks, they examined without gloves, and so on in all the wards. What then is the essence of individual boxes? As a result, they did not find out the cause of my poisoning, they gave antibiotics of a general spectrum for 5 days, pancreatin, and before I bathed atoxil, trisol and aspark. They wrote in the diagnosis of acute gastroenterocolitis of moderate severity and no known etiology, treatment recommendations, diet 4 for a month (although it is usually given for 2-5 days) and was discharged. According to the statement, there were 7 days there practically. Of the benefits, they did not take a dime for the tests, finding there and ultrasound. In general, if there is an opportunity to go to another hospital, then go. Unfortunately, the reform works there only in the offices of doctors, the head and selected patients. Therefore, do not get sick, monitor your health and carefully choose a doctor and place of treatment.

Normal infection. He lay for 17 days with hepatitis A. Young doctor Roman Evgenievich. Great guy. I remember the granny delivery girl with a thin voice) 4/5 nurses are normal, you can certainly find fault with the Soviet conditions, but it’s not their fault that the state does not give grandmas. Some medications were given that were supporting, such as pancreatin for 3 kopecks and lactovitis for the intestines. A friend with a comment (article) below that put 1 star is simply blindfolded. The sun, this is a state hospital, do you want something in your ass to blow the scales in boriska or eurolab. Health to all!
