Ambiguous branch of OTR Bank. Once upon a time I needed to take goods on credit. Almost all the banks, whose services I use, refused to issue the required loan amount. And the amount is not large, but. In short, representatives from several banks were sitting in the store and only OTP Bank agreed to give me the necessary amount to buy goods. We completed all the necessary documents less quickly and I happily left the store with the purchase. But when I came home and began to figure out what kind of bank it was, I was very much and not pleasantly surprised by the conditions of services provided by OTP Bank. The interest in this bank is simply cosmic and a delay for a couple of days will result in huge fines. So using the services of this bank you should not relax. The bank department itself is fairly clean. The staff is very quick to serve and well versed in their work. There are always few people here. Accordingly, they serve quickly. I described the reasons above. So, for the service I give this branch five stars, well, the services of the bank itself with their interest rates are just awful.

Worst ever bank. Everything is always VERY slow, the bank staff does not know how to politely communicate with the client.
