To the owner: I can't reply to you directly for some reason. Someone else must've logged into my account who has a bad grasp of the English language. I don't understand it and have no recollection of what "one conversations so..." means. I had a fine time when I was using it last year. I'm changing my review to suit my actual personal experience. Elite Taxi is fine. To all foreigners visiting Ukraine, just make sure you have a native speaker to place an order for you or have a good idea of prices and a decent understanding of the language, some individuals will upcharge you twice the rate thinking you are loaded and won't know any different. I don't recall if this happened with any Elite Taxi drivers. I spent 2 months in Ukraine and used many different taxi services.

I use both Uber and Elite Taxi here in Kyiv. I use Uber when I am not in a hurry because the quality of Uber service has been declining - drivers cancelling, going to wrong place, etc. When I need to be somewhere at a set time, I always use Elite Taxi. The drivers are always prompt, the cars in good condition, with working seat belts. As a bonus, the dispatchers all speak English. The only drawback apart from the higher price point is that if you call at peak hours (4:30 - 6:00) you may need to call several times until they have an available taxi.

For now, I give you 3. Because the first ride in the standard was excellent, nice driver, car, payment by card without problems, the operator did not chatter. I decided once in the usual so well, then there will be fire in general in Business. But in fact, for 300 UAH, it was the most terrible trip. An old American arrived with a rag interior, a terrible stench in the car, they listened to old songs. When she told me what I needed via the terminal, the driver could not connect it, in the end the payment was on his card. Also, the driver did not look at the recommended route and, when approaching the house, specified where to go. In this regard, I have no desire to use your services anymore.
