Very small and cozy and loved by all residents of the surrounding houses. In the center is a large round flower bed, which gave the name to this square. Around the infrastructure with kiosks and shops, here on the air you can eat and drink coffee. There are a lot of people on the Plate at any time of the day. Very convenient place within walking distance to relax on a bench, get some air and chat.
