After making an order in the online store, a window with an order code for receiving "OUT OF THE CURRENT" (highlighted in bold phrase) was displayed. Upon arrival at the pharmacy, the blond girl pharmacist informed me that the order can only be obtained after standing out a line of 20 grandmothers. On my remark about what they have on the site written, she replied: "I do not write anything there, please contact the site!" The result: the time spent, the spoiled mood, the sizzling grannies in my back! In the next pharmacy without a queue I bought only 20 UAH more expensive, then what I needed.
