Unfortunately, Sonovan needed a sleeping pill for a seriously ill relative. I contacted the Lekpharm Hotline - they promised to inform the management and call - but within a week they failed, they killed. So, in a couple of days I had a simple question: you - those who live all your life in the capital of Ukraine, during 30 years of independence, can not learn the Ukrainian language - will be because of seriously ill people "teach Latin" doctors through different interpretations even a mistake in one letter? The described events took place after January 16, 2021, ie after the entry into force of the law on compulsory service in Ukraine in the state language. Therefore, I, who have always tolerated communication in a language that is convenient for the person and understandable for the interlocutor - will appeal to the Ukrainian Language Commissioner to violate the law of Ukraine on ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as the state language. If this does not force them to obey the law and learn the Ukrainian language - it can at least lead to a better understanding of humanity (especially for Lekpharm employees - your cries in Russian were recorded on the phone.

A terrible pharmacy, the staff is incompetent, it is not known where they were taken from, they often confuse medicines, they do not give what you order, just to sell it, and an elderly person may not immediately figure it out. There is one more nuance - the husband has already gone for quite certain pills for several times, and he is being shoved with anything, just not what he asks for.
