1. The cashier did not put on the mask properly, the nose was completely open. And this is when +7000 patients with coronavirus per day. 2. Do not ask if you need a package. I saw him when I had everything in it, and punched a check. I do not mind 80 kopecks. But it is harmful to the environment, it is strange that in such a respectable pharmacy they do not understand this, but on the contrary - impose their packages, even when it is not necessary :(

I made an order online. Received confirmation that you can come and collect. I came. Product turned out to be out of stock

Formatsevt is a liar in the most literal sense of the word. When asked about the analogues of the Anzibel drug, which contains 5 mg of chlorhexidine hydrochloride, 4 mg of benzocaine, 3 mg of enoxolone per lozenges, Angiplant is an analogue and even better, unfortunately, I did not check the composition of the drug when I bought it, because I did not expect this impudent deception. However, the drug sold to me is not only an analogue, but not even a drug. In the composition of Angiplant sugar and its derivatives and a dubious amount of herbal extracts. Be extremely careful, pharmacists of this pharmacy are traders who do not shun deception when selling medicines

Typically, the pharmacies of this network can hardly be called bad. The selection of goods is good, always clean and tidy. But there is one significant minus - pharmacists are sellers. Polite do not always come across. The other day, we went to the department to buy medicines prescribed by a doctor. A young saleswoman looked at the leaflet for a long time, found two medicines, then suddenly got out of bed, raised her tone and told us, “What is this? I can't read it! Call your doctor and ask what it is!” By the way, when we were at home we read the medicine with only one incorrect letter (Google helped and corrected). Yes, unfortunately, it is not always possible to make out the handwriting of doctors, it’s not scary, and there is no need to break down because of this at the buyers, it’s politely enough to inform you that it is impossible to help in this situation. I would like employees to be taught basic politeness.
