In fact, the queues have increased as the number of staff has decreased. But an interesting feature - new ones are always polite, polite, but in a couple of months "spoil". And here's my question - and not from the constant rudeness and rudeness of visitors? And perhaps because they resigned because they could not tolerate such treatment of themselves. I do not defend this institution, I myself have faced very poor service before the change of staff, but the impact of this work (and visitors) on the behavior of employees is very impressive. Although it is possible that the problem (the reason for dismissal, the reason for the queues) in the leadership and salary (which, from what I heard, sometimes the leadership is distributed quite, ahem, strangely in state, municipal and similar institutions).

I've been trying to pick up the package for a week now. Constant queues, about 15 people. You have to wait outside. And it's winter outside. The service is slow. Boor workers. One works, others take a break. They stand drinking tea and watch people wait for 40 minutes. I can afford not to pick up a parcel from Ali, but what should pensioners and mothers with children who need to stand in this endless queue, who just need to defend in it, do, because they need to receive or pay some kind of payments or pay for a communal apartment?

Guys, how to pick up parcels from you (the same Aliexpress), which to give out one or two minutes of time? You have constant queues, there is no sane information where (which window) to receive parcels. It used to be. There is no information on the stand, announcement or any other information to understand where and how you can get the package. I come for the second day and leave - a lot of people and one line. Is it so difficult to establish the rules for receiving parcels? At work I was at the Ukrposhta metro station Goloseevskaya - they work quickly, clearly, even though older people. Your department is gloom.

The worst service from all the branches in which I was. It is not realistic to receive parcels. A bank branch was made from the post office. Can we try to pick up the parcel in the bank ???? I think parcels should be a priority for mail. If you want to deal with payments, so make the parcels out of turn. The windows are always busy, at lunch, or the programs are flying. Everything is fine in other departments.
