It's just awful ... While you wait for your turn, the mothers with the children in front of me turned around 3 times and just walked. Is it really so difficult to serve quickly, take the example of New Mail.

As for Ukrposhta, everything is fine) The staff are polite and patient. There are queues. Sometimes a queue is formed because one person asks 100,500 questions to an employee, recounts the change ten times, and so on.

The staff is friendly, but the equipment they have to work on is outdated and slow, so there are often queues. A new service has appeared in the branch, maybe someone will need it. I am attaching a photo of the service below.
