I have never come here and sent or picked up a parcel in less than 20 minutes. Eternal queues, and all always in one window. Though to take away a parcel, though to pay for a communal service, though transfer. Operators are too slow, but have time to joke and talk to each other. If there was a new post office nearby, I would go there, because it's a kind of horror that doesn't evolve over the years.
