There is no worse company in Ukraine! Constant delays in delivery, the call center will not get through, and if you do, it is not a fact that they will help you. On the last call to find out where the parcel was (which should have been delivered a day ago), they promised to call back. And they did not call back. When I called again myself an hour later, to my indignation that an hour was enough to find out where the package was and when it would be delivered. I was told that sometimes it takes a day to find out. There are no words. Never wrote reviews before, but it boiled. Every time there are some problems. I strongly do not recommend contacting them
