It all started with the fact that the sauna was closed for the specified time. Only after 10 minutes of waiting (the time that should have been in the sauna) appeared manager-administrator, who immediately began in a rather rough form of communication. When asked if brooms could be used, there was a rude reaction to obscene language (it looks like the administrator was intoxicated or under something else). She demanded to give her a broom, and in response that it was a personal thing and if the rules are forbidden to use, no one will do it, she said that she would spit on it and demanded a broom, emphasizing that she would not be allowed into the room without it. Although the rules were not violated and a deposit was paid. The "administrator" delayed the start of the sauna visit for 40 minutes (the time we paid). In addition, she demanded to leave her our passports - which is a clear violation of the law. Refusing to do so also "kicked" us out of the sauna. Then she just went and closed the door outside. Such inadequate guidance is now in this sauna, alas. Although 5 years ago everything was fine and brooms could be used and about any documents, as well as a conversation in a rough way - mothers and could not be heard from the managers-administrators. When we entered the steam room (which is 45 minutes after the start time) the temperature was only 68-70 degrees. In just two hours it rose to 95. The place was bad, but it's a pity.

Great place! The sauna is beautiful, tried the Jacuzzi. All equipment, furniture, appliances described on the site are available, in good condition (except for the door to the toilet). Clean, neat. Nice administrator.

We wanted to go to the bathhouse with a group of guys, ordered it back on Thursday (28) for Sunday. They said they would throw the card for prepayment, but the details never came.
