Recently opened a pharmacy. Clean and fresh. Two cash desks work. There are many references to inexpensive analogues and a wide range. The first weeks were very profitable now almost every day a little bit the price is increasing. It’s cheaper to buy them online. A large assortment of children's accessories has baby food. Okay, what to expect is necessary each time until they come out from the back room and there is always nothing, only expensive analogues. So instead of Lazolvan syrup, drops were dropped for inhalation, while assuring that this syrup is simply called otherwise. When quietly dealt with the question that I was sold - the seller then left in the back room then promised to call security. I asked for a handle to recall the book of complaints - they say there is no pen. I saw the pen on their desk - they say they do not write. When I got to the book of complaints I noticed that there are many complaints, but the management does not sign on the reverse side (so it does not read them). I strongly do not recommend it. There are a bunch of other pharmacies nearby. Served by the cashier Chuprikova.

The pharmacy is absolutely useless, almost always there are no banal medicines, I'm not talking about expensive and rare. The staff is impolite and not professional, it seems that the staff were delayed somewhere in the USSR, as the ethics of communication, the professional ethics of pharmacists is absent. Often pharmacists and pharmacists do not know the name of the drugs and can not offer analogues. Well, and the most interesting is the mode of operation: today is Friday, March 1, 2019, the pharmacy should work until 22.00, as evidenced by the information on the pharmacy door and information on the Internet. We arrived at 20-45, the pharmacy is closed, there is not a single living soul, the light is off. And no announcement on the door. Cool!!!
