The pharmacy itself is excellent, everything is always available, but the staff requires a review of their qualifications: they are incompetent in their field, they hate the client out of the blue, inattentively listening. After such an attitude and damage to our mood, I don't want to return to that pharmacy. Of course, I can't write this about the entire staff, but I can name a specific person (Topchy Lyudmila) I ask the owners to hold a conversation with this employee, because the authority of your pharmacy also depends on the staff)

The pharmacy itself is good. The staff is polite and efficient. There are discount cards for regular customers. But even with the discounts, prices are higher than in other pharmacies.

Prices are more expensive than in other pharmacies, but in addition to this, sellers, too, without your knowledge, enter what is several times more expensive. I made a purchase of 5 items, one of which is activated carbon, and all would be fine, but I did not ask to give me capsules. When I saw it on the check, I was unpleasantly surprised, first of all, that I had not been warned. I decided that there was simply no other, but I checked on the site. And well, WAS! I can only call this act deceit.
