We ordered a cabinet, initially the contract was alerted (100% payment before installation, production time 45 days and many other points), but we risked ordering, since the price was "pleasant", in the end we were satisfied. The order was completed within a month, delivery on time, the collector especially pleased with his speed. Thank you !!!

On February 17th I ordered a cabinet from them for 38,000 UAH. In March, they called, asked for the remainder of the payment (the first time I met this), scheduled the assembly at the beginning of April. I paid for everything, a week later they bring a wardrobe. The facades are not correct - both the color and the facade itself (they brought a mirror, but there should be glass). Further, the collectors have some problems with the backlight, they say they do not know how to connect it, there are no wires .... those tasks are in the order, where do you go if you do not know how to execute it? As a result, the cabinet was not assembled, and when my facades will be - it is not clear. And the cost is already all paid .... Do not take money if you are not sure that complete the order correctly! I am already silent about the fact that before making an order, you can double-check what exactly needs to be done ...

The quality of the cabinets is quite satisfactory. But here service and feedback is darkness. We ordered 4 cabinets. Two assembled, installed normally. One was reassembled, despite the work of the measurer. Drawers rested on the door rack. We are waiting for the fourth custom closet-hall to this day. Ordered in mid-June. Timing is shifting all the time, there is no feedback. Constant excuses, this despite the fact that we call ourselves, since they do not even communicate. Managers are not competent, they will not get through to the hotline. There is no longer any desire to order a cabinet at kupe.ua!

Dissatisfied with. a cabinet in the window, and when they brought it, it turns out that the socle, the comb-bar is considered separately. They took money, promised to call back and bring the details, but no one will call and their imperfections are not eliminated. Attitude towards the buyer is no and no interest. Purchased in the store at Bratislava B 52. Waste of vigilance when ordering, they voice one sum and then have to pay extra. There is a deceit of the buyer and when they say that they have a good price. We ordered an entrance hall according to individual sizes. We completed the order within a month. To the manufacturer of furniture we have no complaints, for such money a good result. BUT! Service delivery and assembly in Kupe.yu horrible. Delivery was constantly postponed, for the first time not all the details were brought and plus when installing the mirror, it cracked. They promised to take the details in a week and change the mirror. As a result, disappeared for a long time, several times promised to come and simply ignored. I had to give up all the business to go and burn them, but NMK did not come. After all, a couple of weeks later, they arrived, replaced the mirror and assembled the scales completely. Unpleasant feelings remained. We will not order anything more from them!
