Ordered on January 22, a chair ball. Delivery was made on February 12, as it was a gift for DR. The operator convinced by phone that everything would be on time, and received an SMS confirmation of the delivery time. On February 10, I paid for the order. After reading the reviews about the delivery here, I was worried that the delivery would be postponed, in the evening the money had already entered. On February 12, the guys arrived in the afternoon, brought a chair. The only thing they refused to bring into the apartment - but you can understand too, not scary) especially since the chair turned out to be as light as a fluff. Beautiful gift wrap!) The birthday boy was delighted. The quality is super. The handle was not superfluous, it was convenient to carry around the apartment. We will order more))

The service is just awful. I recommend that you think three times before ordering here! There are no complaints about the chair itself, the chair is comfortable, done normally, they even cling their logo to the chair. But ordering + shipping is tough. I left an order on November 28th or 29th, well, the weekend, okay, although it was taken from the site (taking orders through the website: round the clock.) On November 30th, they bothered to call back, paid for the order in full, they promised that they might have time to arrive on December 5th (it was necessary on December 5th) well as a last resort 6-7 will be ... yeah ... now. As a result, when contacting through the reaction site 0, when contacting by phone, they said a couple of times that they had already sent it, that they had some kind of hitch, etc. Too many hiccups, they sent it on December 16th, took it on December 17th. Better to order in a normal store, which does not care about customers. And there is nothing to promise what you cannot fulfill!

Although I'm not very complementary and I don't like to write reviews, these guys are great. We made our order very quickly and efficiently. The quality of the seats is excellent.

Maybe I don’t know the good quality .. Since I still couldn’t find out when my goods will be delivered. The operator, during correspondence and in tel.mode, did not really answer anything to my questions .. Do not expect that after the order you will be delivered the goods in a week. If you can’t deliver as the boy the operator said by the end of the week there will be, then do not promise. People are counting on something. The service is terrible.
