My desire to visit this institution ended at the stage of acquaintance ... For two days I tried to contact by phone for a consultation, but I couldn't, the next day I got a call back, but from the Darnytsia branch, they switched to Livoberezhny and nobody picked up the phone again. When I contacted them, I received all the information, I have no complaints. In particular, it was announced that the sales department is open until 20.00. But when I arrived at 7.20 pm, there was no one from the sales department. I don't know if the coaches at this club are good or not, but customer service here clearly has problems.

Not a bad club, but in terms of service is not the best attitude to visitors. I mean, not so much the staff, but ill-considered procedures. Forgetting the card at home, the receptionist can not identify me by phone number or driver's license, and sends to the sales department to make a guest visit. There are no problems with this in other clubs.
