I did an MRI in this center. The medical staff works professionally, very polite. I didn’t like the fact that when they called back about the readiness of the results, to my question before what time I need to come, they said before 19.00. In this case, I need to take time off from work as I will not have time to get there. On the website, the working hours are indicated until 21.00. Why then say that they work until 7 pm ??? Came after 19 pm, calmly received the results, but not a pleasant aftertaste remained. If a person who is somehow responsible for the work of the medical center reads the reviews, then the reception is the weakest link, you need to take measures. Of the several medical centers I have visited, the worst communication when meeting is here. P.S. Given the clinic's response, the grade had to be lowered from 4 to 3, since it was a normal day, not a holiday or weekend.

We did CT of lungs, I liked everything. We were well greeted at the reception (they told everything very clearly), explained everything and quickly sent me to the CT scan. After 10 minutes the Record and the tape were ready, and after another 10 minutes the description came to the mail. I can recommend this center

She did ultrasound diagnostics in this department on January 12. Signed up in advance using the function on the site "sign up for a review". I left the application and in 5 minutes I was called back from the clinic and a convenient time for registration was chosen. A wonderful ultrasound specialist, very attentive, calmed me down because I was very nervous. I answered all the questions, explained things that were not clear to me. The department itself is very cozy, there is a comfortable waiting area, toilet. This is my first visit to a private medical institution and I am very pleased.

I want to express my deep gratitude to the girls at the reception on Malyshka, since I am a regular and very satisfied client of the clinic, today I brought my husband to get tested, everything was done at the highest level, quickly and with high quality and most importantly painless !!! I recommend this clinic to everyone and professional nurses who do their job well !!!

The attending physician sent here. We hoped that the reviews below about the rudeness and non-customer focus of the staff were exaggerated and outdated, or the management had already taken action. Recorded specifically for the weekend MRI for 5 days at 10:00. In less than 1 day they called back from the center and asked to come a little earlier at 09:45. Because of the ice, it didn't work before. As a result, at 10:02 am they refused to do anything at the reception. it turns out that "arrive early" meant the postponement of the visit to 09:45 and they would not have time to do an MRI. As a solution, they only offered to come again in 2 days on a weekday. We signed up for another more eminent center and after 2 hours they had an MRI scan with a difference of +200 UAH, but with a normal approach to the client and without nerves.
