DON'T take the covid-19 test at "Adonis" clinic. they are not accredited at the center of public health of Ukraine. select one of the accredited clinics from the list you can find on their official site. don't believe these LIARS. i lost money, time and all my plans are ruined now.

I am disappointed with the service of this clinic, the organization of work with patients on "3", you do not feel in the European clinic. 1. I signed up for a CT scan at 20:00, arrived at 19:55, called my name and time of recording, everything was confirmed, but by some miracle I got to the office in 15-20 minutes, in front of me patients who came after me were invited to the office. When asked "what's going on" I heard from the doctor that my time is at 20:15. I asked this question at the reception, to which I was told "No problem, it happens, it's normal." Sorry, I calculated my time, arrived on time and I have to wait with the temperature in the hallway with other patients, because you have this and it's normal for you ?! 2. The result of the CT scan was promised to be sent by email within 2 hours, I waited from 20:30 to 24 hours, because in the morning I was going to go to the doctor with the result. There were no results in the mail at 8 o'clock in the morning, I received them at 10:46. The only thanks to the radiologist Arsenidze TA, he very quickly took out the disk, which reduced the time of my stay in this clinic, and the operator who answers calls, he recorded me for a time that was convenient for me, told me how best to get them and in the morning at 8 o'clock sent, at my request, the results of CT.

Today I visited the Adonis clinic on Raisa Okipna. Not polite service from the clinic staff: - for a long time they could not find out what time the recording was, because two patients named Omelchenko were recorded in a row. Instead of asking for documents at the reception, they did not clearly repeat the name of another patient, and then shouted and said in high tones "go to the 16th office." Non-compliance with quarantine restrictions: - No one checked the temperature or documents at the entrance - The doctor wore only half of the mask at the reception - The doctor did not wash his hands after the last patient - there was no disinfection of the device (even banally did not wipe a place for a chin with a napkin) Unprofessionalism of the doctor: - when I started talking about eye pain and what it was, in response I heard "I'm not interested in what you had pain there before" - then the doctor indignantly asked "and the insurance sent you to me ?! You need to the neurologist" - when I started talking about previous vision problems and operations (5 laser coagulations were performed) I heard only "you didn't have anything like that, you were deceived!" - the doctor reluctantly looked at the device for 30 seconds and said that there was no inflammation and that I came to him in vain - when I asked if there could be a problem with pressure in the eyes, I heard "what kind of pressure are you talking about ?! According to the results, he referred me to a neurologist, but when he heard that I had enrolled in another clinic, he was indignant and quickly expelled me from the office. He signed the inspection paper in the corridor, without even giving me time to read it. After the reception I saw that in the conclusion of the examination it was written that I had no operations and that the heredity was unencumbered (he did not even ask for heredity, and I mentioned the operations). This reception was horrible and completely unprofessional

Impressions are NEGATIVE !!!!! 09.08.2020 signed up for the rapid test on COVID, arriving at the clinic was very surprised / shocked by what she saw. 1. In the corridor, the queue of patients for the same test, which is immediately alarming, as both potentially sick and healthy are in the same room. 2. Take tests of the 2nd doctor but write down on the 3rd patient at the same time. Example at 16:30 3 patients per 2 doctors were recorded, and at 16:45 another 3 patients per 2 doctors were recorded. This begs the question: where are the children of the 3rd patient ??????????? 3. To wait your turn you need to stand in the hallway, without chairs, for an hour. 4. Both small children (the girl was 4-5 years old in the queue) and elderly people (there was a grandfather who could barely move and coughed) are listed in the queue. 5. After standing in such a queue for an hour, she just couldn't stand it, went to the reception and asked elementary questions, to which she never received answers. Even at the reception it turned out that patients are recorded at intervals of 5 minutes, but this time is only enough to fill out the paperwork). 6. There is no antiseptic under the cabinet The impression is the following, the Administration just START on the health of their patients, and write down enough to make money on people. As a result, I did not pass the test, I do not want to give money to some "daddy".
