Here, even one star is too much. Registered letters are constantly lost, messages that the received registered letter is not delivered. And they do not bear any responsibility for it at all !!! Because how to prove that the message was not received? - The postman says that she carried! The queue is a kilometer long, they barely crawl like sleepy flies. Every time everything is repeated according to the same scenario: a woman spends half an hour looking for my registered letters (or maybe she just pretends to be looking for something?) no one remembers that they had to find something. Indifferent, rude answers. Why should we tolerate all these humiliations? to show understanding? - this is their job! if they fail, let them be fired under three devils together with the management.

Of the FIVE ticket offices ONE works. That is, you can receive, send letters and parcels only through one checkout. I've been standing here for 40 minutes.

08/20/2019 I stand in line, there is no movement in any window. The person to whom the line was lined up said that he works until 20:00 (separation until 21:00 !!!!) and began to count the cash register ... What is happening ?! The most annoying thing was that I was just in the 222nd branch and they served there without problems and quickly, but I got here because of a sender error :(
