Terrible department, none of the 4 workers without masks, all speak only Russian, the service is very slow, less than 40 minutes never waited, no matter how many people in line or 2 or 10.

Not a bad department, most often the employees are polite and help as much as they can. It's clean inside. But I put three stars because there are a number of disadvantages: - do not call when the parcel arrived at the department; - constantly some new staff (it bothers me, because sometimes really good people suddenly leave the department); - sometimes they cannot find a parcel in their warehouse; - well, from time to time there are long queues.

Got better. I came today for a package. Received quickly, both windows worked, the employee is polite, everything is as it should be. At the moment I am quite satisfied.
