Having ordered a bathhouse 2 weeks before my birthday and invited guests, I decided to call in a day and clarify everything (I always do this), as it turned out, this time was already taken ... Not by me ... they gave the client who ordered not 3 hours, like me, but 4 hours ..... this is such an embarrassment ... so if you want to place an order, you need to clarify 10 times if your reservation was given to another client .... it was tin ... the mood was generally ruined ...

Cons: In the shower, one shower does not work well. In the recreation room, bed linen from "ukrzaliznytsya", and even dirty. The bedspread is dusty. It's dirty in the steam room under the benches! Fungus! But man breathes all this. In the pool, the water is cloudy, hair floats on the surface. Ordered herbal tea. It's delicious, of course. BUT! There was no teapot for serving tea, they said it had broken. Tea was brought in an ordinary electric kettle, dirty! I asked for a hairdryer. It was not there, they said "yesterday it burned out". But we ordered the bathhouse a day before. Couldn't the management have foreseen that they do not have everything that is necessary to receive visitors. Dear management, put things in order! Even if summer is not a bathing season, if you are undergoing renovation work, but you still continue to receive guests, then it should be clean! At the moment, the price per hour of stay does not correspond to the quality of the provided rest.
