The main building is nice, the others are 40 years overdue for a remont

An excellent sanatorium with a convenient location. In the heart of Arcadia, 10 minutes walk from the sea. There is wi fi. A great place to dive into 20th century design. Feeling as if you are resting at 50-70 years old. Very unusual and pleasant atmosphere. Everything is clean, tidy, friendly staff. Delicious cuisine. I definitely recommend it for the price!

Abandoned place

4 stars for being an oasis of greenery surrounded by skyscrapers. Of course, it is slowly crumbling, half of the buildings are already closed. The structures where there was a pool with sea water, mud, children's circles are already quietly becoming abandoned. But even with all the countless downsides, this place is well worth preserving, and ideally renovating. On the territory there is a restaurant, salsa cube (at least it was), a car wash, a tennis court and billiards. The park, although not well-groomed, is quiet, with countless different cats. The sanatorium probably has only 2 advantages: location and price. Although I really like the architecture of the main building.

I really liked the location of this establishment, the park and the green area around. The room is old, but it carries a very blissful energy of an old villa. The staff are polite and helpful. The facilities are average, but if you went to the sea and travel, it doesn't matter. The prices are very affordable (250 gr per day for a bed in an economy class room). I would like to come back here again.
