It is a pity that there is no score of 0. This "restaurant" needs to be given an Oscar in the nomination - "THE BADEST DINING ROOM in the USSR". Entering there, you find yourself in the past, in the 80s. "Service staff" - also from "that time" - uneducated, vulgar "women".
