The most awful place to spend the night in the whole country, from where I was. Located in the industrial zone, where there are no lanterns in the evening, but there are gangs of aggressive dogs. The conditions are terrible, this is an old abandoned building of the Soviet plant with the appropriate level of service: a bathroom, beds and staff. The administrator buzzed with friends until four o'clock, and I barely awoke him in the morning to leave there. The only thing you liked - a bike can be put into a room.

Maximum overnight stay one night. Almost no noise insulation. It looks poor, explain that the repair. Hot water is there, but you need to negotiate. In the evening and at night it is dangerous to go out; dogs walk there and eat aggressive ones.
