The staff is polite, but there is a very incompetent staff. I came to receive a card ordered online, issued it and immediately blocked it forever, because something was wrong there. The card was issued without an envelope, but simply open and in full view. Checkouts do not accept payment via nfc. During the quarantine, no measures were observed other than the presence of a lowered mask.
