Добрый день, никому не рекомендую попадать сюда в челюстно-лицевое отделение, не скажу за всех врачей, но конкретно та женщина, которая осматривать меня, была хамоватая, раздраженная жизнью женщина, никогда не понимал, зачем люди работают там, где им не нравится работать и "гавкают" на каждого пациента? Помимо хамства она ещё оказалась не совсем компетентным врачем, яростно настаивала на том, чего не было, в данном случае это был 100% удалённый корень зуба(удалили за несколько часов до визита в "четверку"), на что эта женщина хамским образом заявляла, что его никто не удалил и надо удалять ещё раз! В общем никому не рекомендую, хамовитый, необычный персонал с высокими самомнением.

Who answered - I don’t know, I can say that it was not a well-bred animal and it’s definitely impossible to work in such institutions !!!

My review is ambiguous, dictated by an emotional state ... I would like to put a minimum mark - dad was not saved here. We arrived in an ambulance, there were no doctors in the waiting room. After a while of waiting, Dad got worse right in the waiting room. The ambulance doctor rushed him to the intensive care unit. The resuscitator reacted strangely and "inhibited", as for me. Instead of urgent resuscitation measures, he came out to me in the corridor and began to tell me that his sphere of competence included "starting" a stopped heart, intubation, etc., and the case of his father (atherosclerosis of the lower extremities) was not his case. To my question - "Should I take my father home?", The doctor turned around and returned to the intensive care room. After 20 minutes he came out and said that my father's heart stopped ... Then the question arises: how can this be ??? But what about competence ??? In response to my hysterics, I was strictly ordered: "Keep yourself in hand" (this despite the fact that I did not destroy everything around, but simply cried). A couple of minutes later, they took out my father's things and put them on a bench next to me. Then I was offered (thank you very much!) To come in to say goodbye ... A couple of interns were sitting in the hall, giggling at the entire intensive care unit, which could not help but enter into dissonance with the moment of parting ... to the other wing. All... But then I recall the case when, after an accident, 15 years ago, doctors of the polytrauma department of the same hospital saved my father, for which I bow to them! Therefore, my rating is 3 stars. I can’t take it anymore, it hurts ... But I can’t do less - I remember and I’m grateful ...

Further treatment took place in the 1st surgical department on the 3rd floor under the strict supervision of doctors and nurses. I did not expect to see such close attention from the attending physician Mikhail Viktorovich Klimenko, the head of the department Teslenko Igor Vitalievich, and. the head of the department Shamun Kamil Eliyasovich, as well as the doctor Arutyunov Sergei Eduardovich. Every week, or even more often, Professor N.N. Veligotsky took part in scheduled rounds. and associate professor Trushin A.S. The nurses are all very attentive and friendly. All are really professionals and not indifferent people. There is someone to compare with, I have already had to deal with other doctors. During my entire stay in the hospital (about 3 months) I did not hear a single hint that I should pay someone. On the contrary, doctors were pleasantly surprised when prescribing expensive drugs, undergoing computed tomography - they were always sincerely worried about whether I would pull it financially.
