More than once I got to this hospital. Twice I suffered from fractures .. and ended up with my grandmother. I want to say that I liked the hospital better than not. We got to the surgery department on the 5th floor. The wards, yes, not perfect, but warm, there is hot water, toilet, shower in good condition. We were lucky in the brigade on duty, thanks to nurse Karina (if I’m not mistaken that was the name), and the nurse Natasha, very good, helped a lot. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of the doctors we encountered, but everyone was very attentive. As a person working in private medicine, I was very pleasantly surprised) Being in a state hospital does not always leave bad impressions!))
I want to express my deep gratitude to the medical staff of the 2nd surgical department, the intensive care unit, and in particular to Mikhail Anatolyevich Seleznev and his team, who actually saved my mother! The transferred covid gave serious complications and my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic necrosis, she underwent two operations. Thank you for your professionalism, responsiveness, sensitive and attentive attitude!
I turned to an injury with pain in my knees, I already had some examinations on my hands, I can rate my communication with the doctor at 5+, in order to play it safe, I sent it right there for an ultrasound scan to eliminate some inaccuracies in the pictures. I don’t know about the rest of the buildings, but the trauma department is in good repair and does not smell like death like in a typical soviet hospital. The only moment is the granny at the entrance, who was supposed to measure the temperature, and remind the hospital visitors about the obligatory wearing of a mask, but she seems somehow not up to it.
Also in the women's restroom of the hospital, there is no toilet paper or paper towels, it's good that there is a repair and there is no kilometer-long black mold on the walls, everything looks quite clean.
I express my deep gratitude to Professor Shevchenko Rostislav Stanislavovich for the excellent operation on the thyroid gland !!! The tumor was large and had an uneasy location. The thyroid gland was practically not touched, remained in place and works great! The seam is a masterpiece, practically invisible, although only 1 month has passed since the operation !! The hospital is clean, sterile, the ward was cleaned regularly, the nurses are courteous and professionals in their field! Many thanks to Dr. Teternik Oleg Aleksandrovich, he was my ward doctor and assistant at the operation. At any time of the day I am ready to answer your questions and advise !! Many thanks to the anesthesiologist !!! There were no withdrawal symptoms after anesthesia, my head was not spinning, as if I was just sleeping. Thank you very much for your work !!!
We arrived with a girl with a dog bite on the advice of an ambulance to get vaccinated against rabies. They are rude on the phone of the hospital reception, there is no receptionist in the hospital itself during working hours. You need to walk along the corridors and guess where you need to.
Well, the very bottom is the reception of doctors who are rude and do not put patients into anything. A group of doctors in the traumatology office during an appointment allow themselves to say to absolutely sensible questions that the patient ‘bored them’ and stuff like that, then justifying themselves by the fact that they had a lot of appointments that day.
The girl left the reception without vaccination and was in tears. We went to a private clinic.
The most toxic place with disgusting staff. I do not recommend
