The first order was made about 2 years ago, and in principle there were no serious shortcomings. Last year 24.09 ordered chairs, which received 20.11. There was a shortage on the chair, which was immediately reported to Viber, along with a photo. We were politely told that they would contact the factory to replace the chair. And yes, the next calls 16.01.20, 09.03.20 did not bring any results ... Promises every time - holidays, quarantine, blah blah blah, wait ... I called again on July 16, a woman who did not introduce herself answered (our service is like this ...). It is clear that I am not the first customer with complaints, because the representative of the company clearly has experience in reassuring evil customers. He already sings very well, thanks for understanding, promises to find out as soon as possible and keep up to date ... But until you call yourself, no one remembers. Last week I received an answer that my goods are already in Ukraine and will be sent to them on Friday. So, a week has passed since then, no feedback. I am an entrepreneur myself and I understand how difficult it is to survive in business now, I didn't want to write comments for a long time, but I just got it. I would not allow myself such an attitude towards customers. Horror, I do not recommend anyone to contact them. Because in case of any nuances, they will lead you by the nose and feed you with promises, like I have for 10 months ...
