An ancient apartment in a house built in 1906. Excellent condition, expensive repairs on the parquet floor, which is rare in our time. The apartment has central heating, but the stoves were left as a decoration. Expensive furniture, there is a huge TV. Good place for photos. One room overlooks the courtyard, the other opens onto the street overlooking the old house. A couple of minutes walk to the center, near a park and a lake.

Convenient location, apartment 500 meters from the very center. Clean, spacious. There is a TV set in each room :) Very friendly and polite hostess. The only thing, there is no parking in the yard. You can dock on a nearby street with an equipped parking lot 150 meters away.
