I love this room since SuperBody, a relaxed atmosphere and nice staff !!! when I train in Novik I always go to you .... but today I went to another gym ... someone said above about replacing equipment ... hmm I don’t agree ... at least hyperextension, mixing-breeding, benches, hip biceps , lead in the simulator, everything is shattered, it is impossible to follow the correct technique if you look so that nothing falls off on you, it is unrealistic to conduct a full-fledged leg training! (((free weights, barbells, cardio, please, you can train this, but you must definitely update the base !! success!
