Low quality product. The seller does not want to take responsibility for defective goods. The essence of the problem: I ordered slats 80 cm long. 79 cm long, low quality glued veneer came. I contacted the seller. Received in response: "Yes, we always trade in this, there were no complaints. The seller double-checked the size of the lamella and agreed that it was shorter than 80 cm." Solution options provided by seller: Return the lamella at my expense and pay for the shipment, 90 cm lamellas. So that I saw them myself. But at the same time, I have to make out the bed, send my lamellas, sleep on the floor and wait for his parcel. Send the first categorically refuses. It is understandable. If you try to deceive everyone, then you also expect deception from others. Here is such a business and quality from Mebelopt.
