!!! ATTENTION !!! Carefully approach the choice of a doctor !!!!! I, Sedova Tatyana Vasilievna, want to share my sad story and I hope my negative experience will warn and help some of you. On 10/26/2020, I turned to my family doctor Natalya Sergeevna Mikhailova (the contract was signed), who was diagnosed with pneumonia out of time. For five weeks of sick leave, only on the fourth week a course of injections of 2 r per day was prescribed for 10 days after receiving the results of CT. Initially, based on the X-ray results, the doctor did not see the initial stage of pneumonia (the description of the radiologists was clear to another doctor). After the deterioration of health at the end of the second week, I had to go privately to another doctor, who at the same time led me with Mikhailova N.S. and recovered from illness. Throughout my illness, Natalya Sergeevna Mikhailova negligently approached my appointment, examination, examination, diagnosis of my illness, and the appointment of a course of treatment. There was no initiative and recommendations from the doctor himself throughout the entire period of treatment - if you can call it that, Natalya Sergeevna could not get in touch for 3-4 days, when you started asking some related questions - the doctor referred to poor health and a suggestion change doctor. I never received any kind of humanity and sympathy from this person, but they swore the Hippocratic oath. For five weeks the doctor could not give me a clear diagnosis, the first one was set by the vibeer without a personal examination - pneumonia; the second covid (which was not confirmed), on the eve of discharge, Natalya Sergeevna said that I had bronchitis. To date, the doctor has not announced my diagnosis, it is not put on the sick leave (according to the law, as I was told) and I have a question for what did you treat me Mikhailova Natalya Sergeevna? Very nice atmosphere. Friendly administrators, qualified doctors! I remember Elena Nikolaevna and Olga Vasilievna from the 5th outpatient clinic. Very competent, sensible. Thanks you! We do not regret that we have concluded a declaration. I remember how in the clinic eternal long lines, swearing, everyone sneezes and coughs. And here the clinic is warm, comfortable and without a crush. And the reception is the same free, if with a declaration. In general, who still does not know the clinic, I advise!

Very satisfied with the competence of the pediatrician Palivoda Elena, a really professional and modern approach to the treatment of the baby! The center itself is conveniently located on a residential property, with no queues and excellent service. Clean and cozy! Under the state program all free services are provided! After the district clinic it is simply incomparably convenient and comfortable!

The clinic is super, the staff is polite and friendly! For children, the attitude is on top! We observe at Palivoda Elena a doctor from God! Always on the phone during illness! I am very glad that such medical evidences appear.

The child is from 38.5 on Monday, and they offer me to come on Friday ..... or call the doctor on the phone, which "pressed the call". SW Administration, take a positive example and experience of successful medical centers. We served in another, where when the doctor is busy or sick, or on vacation, or else where they offer another doctor and help, where you don’t need to seek referrals for tests included in the list of free-of-charge declarations. Territorially honey. the center where we served was far from the Pokrovsky massif, so I was very happy when I found out that we would have a decent establishment. But the walls were repainted, and the "clinic" was never corrupted from itself. And this is a human factor !!! PS. In fairness, I’ll say that the reaction of the leader was not long in coming. I called back, asked, apologized, offered to pay and paid for the services of a paid doctor, whom we had to turn to, promised to figure it out. Let's see if something changes in the organization’s work. I'd like to have a high-level medical center in our area. PPS Changed the number of stars from 1 to 3 for the quick and correct response of the leadership to the problem.
