The Loft Appolo

Whilst waiting for our food the staff purposely wasted time to avoid serving us, the food arrived and it was poorly cooked. After questioning where the staff who dealt with shisha, he made his way over in a disgruntled fashion and made a remark that we could smoke for 15 minutes and he could “just bring it anyway” we declined for obvious reasons. While eating, the staff watched me the entire time and once finished and making eye contact we waved them over which was then ignored. We waited to see if this was due to them being busy but they continued to do nothing gathered in a group by the bar talking and staring over at our table. We eventually went to the till to pay while they mumbled in a discourtois tone. We have visited a few of these establishments and had a great service and quality from the staff and food, but in this one location all I can say is do not bother, honestly I’ve had better manners from drunks on the street than from the group of teenagers working here. Needless to say I was left embarrassed for them and will not be going back.

Nothing special. Avatar price for beer, hookah, but a bit cheap visually.
