Horror, I do not recommend ordering on this site The worst service and more. Bypass this site. When they ordered furniture, the price on the website is less than it actually is, then they promised that the furniture would be in 1 week, in fact they waited 3 weeks and did not want to take the phone from us, in the end they waited for a surprise: they ordered light furniture, but sent dark and even furniture without instructions on how to assemble ... I'm in shock

I do not advise anyone this horror! We ordered a sofa 01.01.2018. Brought in three months with a scratched complaint. They promised to replace. Has led! Today, 09/07/18, no one has replaced anything and has never called and said what the matter is, you need to call yourself up, you also constantly lie, then one, then the second. Before delivery, I checked with the operator how much a skid is on the first floor. They reported that 50 UAH. Upon arrival, the freight forwarder said 100, but when the operator called back it turned out 70 .... I am very sorry that I believed and did not return the sofa. Addition! Yes, on Friday, 13.10, I was finally brought a complaint! Knead the wenge nut color! Is this how you call a resolved issue? I asked to be called back! I'm still waiting, and the phone that I have can only be written to VibER, where they keep silence beautifully, the calls are limited! Youngsters! 7 months to bring the complaint and bring the wrong color! Today is 06.02. nothing is replaced and when it will be replaced is not clear. The Kiev branch is generally brown. The operator on the word "woman" reacts and is outraged that she is a "girl", and the woman - me))))) probably got a little lost, that she was not on a date, but at work! It would be better to think how to solve the problems, but not their “nipples”
