It is a pity that you can not put ZERO STARS !!! Uv. clinic management, are you blind ?? Call yourself a state soviet hospital and do not disgrace yourself !!! Level "BOTTOM"! Visited this institution for the second time AND THE LAST! I don't even want to comment on my case ... You have to work for a private clinic for 20 years! 99.99% negative reviews! Think about it!

I also want 0, or even a bold minus 100 to put. When passing the prophylactic examination, everything would be fine if the line really moved. Came took the line, the woman came in for an hour. I understand the problems and stuff, but respect other people please !!!!! The negative from the clinic only because of the gynecologist. The second time I go through the examination and the second time I sit for half an hour while the person leaves.

Dear administration, a huge request to teach your staff to tell all the information on the services you provide, I came to do fluragraphy, paid 150 hryvnia to the cashier, received a leaflet with the conclusion and recommendations of your specialist. There are some questions in its description. My attending physician asked to transfer and show him the pictures, and then a paradox begins, when asking to give me pictures, a bunch of women who hang out at the reception were told to pay another 120 hryvnia to the cashier and go to the office to pick up the pictures, but the problem is that I was not warned not on the day of delivery, not on the day of issuing the result, that suddenly something will have to be paid extra. I was offered to take a photo on the phone and show it to the doctor, I certainly understand the time of high technologies, but it seems to me that this is not appropriate and humane in relation to your clients, you position yourself as a private clinic and charge money for your services, so you will be kind say everything or if your employees are not able to do it then hang up the price list !!!!!
