It's just disgusting. I called and recorded the child on the ultrasound. They asked the age and the reason for the ultrasound, the date of birth of the child. A week later, on 02.11 at 15:45 we arrived for an ultrasound scan by appointment, paid, went to the doctor and he said: why did you come to me, I only do ultrasound for children under 1 year old (and we are 1.5 years old), I can’t help. They left the office in the hall (where they paid at the entrance), they silently returned the money, did not even bother to apologize and offer to re-register to another doctor or explain at least something. I have never met such an attitude anywhere else. Not only do they not know which children their doctors work with, which is why my time and money was spent on travel, they also did not even consider it necessary to even apologize for their mistake. I do not recommend this office. Since, if initially such an attitude is indifferent, then what to talk about further.

Great clinic! Vaccinated by the whole family. Friendly staff. Admission prices are lower than in most private clinics. We were at the pediatrician Fedotova's appointment. An excellent doctor, very attentive to patients. Thank you!

We visited this clinic with the child. Only good impressions remained. I would especially like to mention the super cool pediatricians Pischanskaya Ekaterina Sergeevna, Fedotova Yulia Vladimirovna, allergist Naumenko Natalia Vasilievna. She herself was at the reception and was very pleased with the consultation of the dermatologist Elena Sergeevna Titarenko and the very COOL therapist Irina Nikolaevna Dzyk. The girls at the reception are all smart, very helpful, friendly and competent !!!

Never again! I registered the child to the dentist (4 months), arrived at the appointed time, they said sit under the office, the doctor will pick you up. After 15 minutes, I went to the reception asking how long can I wait ?? It turned out that the doctor had no one, and something did not grow together ... well, at least one could apologize! Reception was about 7 minutes, the devices are not disposable !!! When registering, I clarified the cost of the consultation - 130 UAH. After admission, they tell me - 200 UAH !!! Eeee, I ask - what is it for? (And we only had a consultation and nothing else at all, and that was very dubious!) To which they answered me, now wait a second, and they are already voicing UAH 150 !!! I'm already wondering, are we bargaining at the bazaar ?? Why UAH 150? And then Bingo! For DISPOSABLE APPLIANCES during inspection! Aha! Which were not !!! You guys are getting drunk, to put it mildly.

We visited the surgeon, everything went great. A fully equipped doctor, courteous and attentive. They removed the stitches for the child - everything went well. We also visited a pediatrician - they needed a certificate in the kindergarten. The pediatrician performed a complete checkup (including height and weight). She asked a lot of questions - and carefully examined. Happy with graying! The clinic is very client-oriented. Controversial issues are resolved quickly.
