On February 10, I saw that on Instagram the Alkomag food establishment on Pobeda Geroev, 3 on the Pobeda railway station was giving a 14% discount on all products on February 14. I called them and asked them about the discount. Received confirmation. We ordered a set and two pizzas. Made an advance payment of UAH 200. When they came to pick up the order on February 14, it turned out that according to the administrator: “This morning they called and said that the discount was only for pizza, and the rolls were without discount. Overpaid 80 UAH. I will not be poor on them, but the attitude itself has finished off. And the cherry on the cake was that when I arrived home, I discovered completely different pizzas (the order was for carbonade and 5 cheeses, and we were packed with 2 juliennes). Putting the pizzas back, went to change them. No more foot to them. Friends and acquaintances were told about their sly * opom attitude

I would like to leave a review about this store. The store itself is in a very convenient location, there is parking, and this is already a big plus, good store design, friendly consultants. I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered a mask for free, because I forgot mine in the car, in our time it is a great rarity. They immediately offered help in choosing alcohol and told everything in a very accessible and understandable way, prompted what is better to take from alcohol for a particular dish. I was very pleased with the consultation, the prices here are very pleasant and the alcohol is of high quality.

Advice from the consumer, if suddenly it may be useful to you. Cigarettes are not exactly what a specialty alcohol store should have, your competitors do not have them if it is important to you. You can leave the cigars, as this is an accompanying product, start a corkscrew on sale, I'm sure customers ask you for them. In terms of assortment, sparkling: French Boulevard, Shabo, Guliyevs, this is too much, I understand these brands are likely to pay for the shelf, and the New Year is coming soon, but these positions are sold on every corner and it looks ugly to put it mildly. Create a social media survey and ask customers what the customer wants to see in the store.

We ordered 3 rolls, came to pick up 2 rolls, they gave out the ones that we ordered, but one is not like that. We approached the administrator, to which she answered us "what's important to you?" I say yes, we wanted exactly that roll, since we don't like this one and there are ingredients that we don't eat. She said that she could not do anything and that was all and that this roll was also delicious. In other sushi, they redo and apologize. We came home, we start eating, and I understand that the taste of the sauce is awful and bakes in our throat, it turns out that it is a concentrate of soy sauce that needs to be diluted, and we were poured with a peel. The rolls themselves are very tasty. But the service and the sauce is awful.
