Awful quality of service. I bought a ticket with luggage, arrived at the seat of a large bus with a luggage compartment, an ordinary minibus Bogdan. So besides the fact that there is nowhere to put the luggage, I had to put it in the aisle. So also the driver on the Dnipro Ingulets route gathers a whole bunch of people in violation of the rules of transportation. So even on the following the wheel fell off because the state of the transport is simply awful. I had to call a taxi and take a taxi with suitcases and two small children.

I would like to express my gratitude. To the driver of 109 minibuses and dispatchers for their decency and humanity. December 1, 2020, my mother was traveling in this bus for 76 years and lost her wallet with money and documents, it's good that her phone number was indicated in the wallet. On December 12, at 14-00, I got on a bus at a dead end on a sail. The bus was standing, that is, it was not yet traveling, waiting for passengers. They called me on the phone, I answered the call. And then the bus driver started to kick me out into the street. They say conversations annoy him. We haven’t gone anywhere yet, the bus was at a stop. This is normal?

Flight Kharkiv-Nikopol 3.09.20. The driver of Hamlo communicates with people as if he were a god, although all in all he provides a service to people and must adhere to the basic rules of ethics and behavior !!! At the wheel can do several functions at once (talk on the phone, drive, drink coffee), does not comply with the law (Articles 39,41,42 of the Law of Ukraine on Road Transport), the bus is cramped (there is very little space between the seats), the cabin is dirty !! !!

Today my wife and I went on a 155 minibus. Bus Etalon. It seems that the driver was carrying firewood, not passengers. When asked to stop near the Meteor Swimming Pool, he said that he did not have a stop here and dropped off at the intersection of Makarov and Sotsialisticheskaya, grossly violating traffic rules.
