We contacted this clinic with a young cat, who was picked up on the street, after several visits, we realized that we would not return here again. Incompetent doctors and inadequate pricing policy. We were convinced of this again, when it was urgently necessary to give the cat medicine, we turned to them again, because the clinic is located in the next house, they called in advance to find out how much this service costs (to give the cat a pill - 35 UAH). For several days in a row we went to the clinic in the morning and in the evening, paid 35 UAH for the service. When another administrator was changing, we were told that we owe 47 UAH for the service, why is not clear! A girl passing by said that they probably spent more gloves. Despite the fact that the medicine was given in my presence, everything was as usual, one doctor recorded, the second gave. The girl administrator said that from today the prices for all services have increased. Paid and left. Ask for a receipt after admission, carefully check what is in it. Well, in general, it is better not to contact this clinic, take care of your nerves and animal health !!!

The clinic is super. Not all clinics treat people as they do animals here. They accepted us, asked all the details, made friends with the patient, and only after the animal calmed down did they examine everything and everything that was possible. Four honey. staff member per patient, so that everything goes smoothly. Actually, that's how it went. On the trail. the day they called back and clarified the condition of our four-legged friend. In one word, thanks and I advise everyone.

I went to a clinic on Topola 1 on November 21 with an initial examination and the reason - the cat urinated once every 2 days, they said this was the norm and in the blind without any examination they prescribed pills for cystitis. Such a negligent attitude towards the life of our smaller brothers and the lack of elementary professionalism! In another clinic, urine analysis was prescribed for complex therapy from UCHEKAMENKA, after which the cat feels great as it should be! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
