Very caring doctors. First, they consulted by phone, agreed to take the animal for examination on the same day, told about possible procedures and their cost. At the reception they tried to make the procedures as comfortable as possible for the cat. we thank you

The clinic has an X-ray, an ultrasound scan, an equipped room for receiving patients, an operating room They performed operations on the eyes and ears. If we have problems with the dog, we come back here - and this suggests that there is trust in the clinic staff

Organization level - DNO. The dog was registered with a neurologist on Monday. We arrived on Monday - there is no neurologist. The employee ran away to call this neurologist behind the closed door, but he heard - "yes, they were recorded at 9:00, but problems with the neck, suspicion of CT." Silently she went out, passed by. Some guy came out and started the reception. Ok, but we decided to clarify who is hosting the reception. There are no badges or identification marks on the staff in this clinic. It’s easier, apparently, to hide the level of service. Then go find who served you. We ask - is a neurologist accepting us? - No. Where is the neurologist? - it does not work today. And when it works - tomorrow. And from which we were not told? - you did not ask me anything. And then there was a complete frost, as in all establishments of this level. I did not write down, they did not ask me, I am not an administrator at all and blah blah. The question of where the management is and how to contact him was not answered. I strongly do not recommend going to the clinic. Only if you have a lot of free time and nowhere to spend it. But in real life with a sick animal, time is usually in short supply.

Strongly not recommended. Misdiagnosed. The prescribed treatment was contraindicated in the true diagnosis. (Despite all the efforts of the attending physician, the cat survived. In another clinic, they removed the diagnosis, confirmed their diagnosis by examination on good equipment and were surprised that he survived after such a "treatment"). They took a lot of money, with the same set of appointments and manipulations, the difference in price could reach 2 times. When they realized that they could not cope, they were very politely sent to die at home, recommending to retake the tests in two weeks. Indifferent, unprofessional and VERY greedy
